Permitting Online With Electronic Review – Your POWER Center
All Building and Fire Marshal Permits can now be submitted through this Online Portal. Application documents and plans must be uploaded to submit your application and incomplete application submittals will not be accepted and will expire in 10 business days.
You will be responsible for printing all approval documents and plans to have available for inspections on the job site. These documents will need to be printed in their original creation size – many will need to be printed 24” x 36” (or larger) in size and / or in color.
Deposits are required for many projects prior to project review and can be paid through your Portal Account (subject to a 2.5% convenience fee) or in office or by mail. Submissions can also be made in office from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday (except Holidays) or through mail or delivery services. Most reviews will still be done electronically when submitted in office. Contact for questions (509) 754-2011 Ext. 3001.

BUILDING PERMIT PROJECTS WITH CITY SERVICES
Projects involving City Sewer or City Water services should now provide any required documentation directly to the Grant County Health District.
Grant County Health District will provide the necessary approval(s) for Building Permits to us when you have completed their review process. You do not need to upload copies of City Utility Information to your Building Permit Portal.
